Senior Product Owner (Campaign & Scan It)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development of our Campaign & Scan It system — the core platform that powers our clients’ marketing campaigns and automated bill-processing flow. 
You will take end-to-end ownership of campaign delivery, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, automated, and value-driven. By developing robust campaign core features and optimizing Scan It’s data processing accuracy, you will define the roadmap that maximizes automation, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. 

Key responsibilities 

Own the end-to-end delivery of all client campaigns, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency. 

Lead product roadmaps for both systems: 

• Campaign Tool: Enhance campaign delivery speed, quality, and configurability. 

• Scan It: Drive automation, data accuracy, and fraud prevention. 

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to: 

1. Deeply understand evolving client needs and translate them into product strategies.

2. Share product knowledge to align and influence sales strategies for maximum product-market fit.

3. Support campaign configuration to optimize both client and company value. 

Partner with cross-functional teams — developers, AI engineers, and QCs — to ensure product development aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. 

Drive agile execution through sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives. 

Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze adoption data, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to improve user experience and efficiency.
