I. About Campaign System & Scan It

The Campaign system is a powerful platform that enables businesses to design and launch diverse reward campaigns — from mini-games and SMS-based activities to invoice-based promotions powered by Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technology. By automating data extraction from purchase invoices, it allows brands to run proof-of-purchase campaigns seamlessly, reward consumers instantly, and enhance post-purchase engagement. The system significantly reduces setup time, manual work, and operational costs while ensuring accurate data capture and smooth reward fulfillment.

Complementing this, the Loyalty system provides flexible and modular capabilities to support the evolving and highly customized needs of brand loyalty programs. It includes robust earn and burn mechanisms, a dynamic point engine, and strong integration capabilities with other systems. Uniquely, its deep integration with the Campaign system enables brands to design holistic, interconnected loyalty experiences — where promotions, rewards, and engagement activities work together to drive long-term customer value and retention.

II. What you need to do 

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Owner to drive the development of our Campaign & Loyalty System. This role will lead a team of product owners and collaborate very closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative, AI-driven solutions to enable fast & effective campaign & loyalty program creation.

Strategic planning 

  • Take lead in defining the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with the market demands & technology advancement to best manage & adapt the defined product roadmap.

Team management 

  • Lead and mentor a team of product owners & business analysts, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Set clear goals and expectations, ensuring team members have the resources and support needed to succeed. 

  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices among the team to improve efficiency and innovation. 

Cross-functional leadership 

  • Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Design & Sales teams to align goals & priorities. 

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to ensure seamless product execution. 

  • Work closely with Sales team to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product strategies. 

  • Drive a culture of collaboration and shared ownership, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged throughout the product lifecycle. 

Product development oversight 

  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. 

  • Ensure feature development aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. 

  • Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep development on track and within scope. 

  • Collaborate with engineering to balance innovation with scalability, security, and maintainability. 

 III.  What you should have

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong business mindset — able to balance client needs with business objectives.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring product owners/business analysts or product teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (OCR, Vision Transformers, etc.) and their applications in product development.
  • Comfortable in using AI tools for personal productivity (e.g., generating draft PRDs, summarizing research, synthesizing meeting notes).
  • Use prototyping AI tools (e.g., low-code/vibe-coding platforms) to create mockups for validation and to test/iterate multiple solution variations quickly.
  • Proven experience in marketing technology, campaign management, or automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
