I. Company overview

Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2023) and Dayone has joined hands with SEA’s Loyalty leader to launch a new Loyalty platform Buzz It (2024).  

Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam. Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients. Digitalizing gift solutions to meet diverse needs: attractive campaigns, partner gifts, agent compensation, client acquisition, promotional gifts, employee care, etc. 

Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive salesScan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty.  

Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns. 

II. What you need to do

Merchant Partnership

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow merchant networks and drive profitability, with a strong emphasis on Premium Services for affluent segments and regional expansion opportunities.
  • Define key objectives, initiatives, and performance metrics to deepen engagement with merchants and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Merchant Partnership team, setting clear KPIs and accountability structures. Foster a results-oriented culture that values ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and gather actionable insights from key sectors, particularly Banking and Finance, to guide strategic planning and optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive movements to proactively identify growth opportunities and adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication processes between merchants and internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and responsiveness to merchant needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Procurement & Operations

  • Oversee procurement and operational procedures to ensure cost-efficiency, compliance, and performance.
  • Develop and execute sales and sourcing strategies to meet profit targets, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead supplier negotiations and manage relationships to secure favorable terms and ensure service-level compliance.
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities through market analysis and onboard qualified vendors.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory standards while building a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement.
  • Support other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

III. What you should have

  • Demonstrated leadership with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong commitment to integrity, reliability, and effective communication.
  • Skilled in building and developing high-performing teams, with a proven ability to nurture talent and drive accountability.
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, marketing, and account management.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and improve processes that enhance departmental performance and efficiency.
  • Well-versed in contract management and supplier negotiations, with strategic thinking and influence.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and a consistent focus on solutions and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
