I. Company Overview
Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2020) and Dayone has partnered with SEA’s Loyalty leader to launch a new Loyalty platform Buzz It (2024).
Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam. Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients. Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales. Scan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty.
Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.
II. What you will do
Learning design & content development
-
Support the creation of training materials, including slides and guidelines, under the guidance of the T&D team.

Design assigned micro-learning components or engagement activities (e.g., case discussions, reflection exercises, quizzes...).

Assist in building or updating digital learning assets and e-learning content.
Learning delivery
-
Support end-to-end training coordination: scheduling, participant tracking, material preparation, and session-day logistics.

Assist in post-training follow-up activities
Communication
-
Develop internal communication content for training updates, reminders, and key milestones.

Create recap highlights and learning storytelling content for the Training Hub and internal channels.

Support employer branding initiatives related to learning and development.
Learning analytics & process support

Maintain training trackers and update learning resources in a timely and structured manner.

Support the preparation of basic participation and feedback reports.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying simple insights from training data.
III. What you should have
Background
-
Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.

Strong interest in Learning & Development and capability building.
Skills & Competencies
-
Structured thinking and the ability to translate ideas into clear learning materials.
-
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
-
Basic design capability (PowerPoint / Canva).
-
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
-
Interest in data and a continuous improvement mindset.
-
Basic understanding of adult learning principles is a plus.
IV. Why you'll love working here

Allowance: 4,000,000 VND Gross per month.

Working Time: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Hands-on internship with structured on-the-job training, mentoring, and workshops.
