I.   Company Overview

Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2023) and Dayone has joined hands with SEA’s Loyalty leader to launch a new Loyalty platform Buzz It (2024).  

Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam. Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients. Digitalizing gift solutions to meet diverse needs: attractive campaigns, partner gifts, agent compensation, client acquisition, promotional gifts, employee care, etc. 

Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive salesScan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty.  

Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns. 

II. What you need to do 

1. Support Order & Sales Project Operations 

  • Receive requests from Sales and customers; coordinate with relevant internal departments to prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders (PO), payment documents, acceptance records, etc. 

  • Process and collect internal documents to register vendors and prepare bidding documentation. 

  • Receive, review, consult on, and process orders according to procedures and timelines; ensure accuracy in delivering products and services to customers. 

  • Support operations, manage and monitor progress, handle delivery requests, and promptly respond to arising issues for campaigns and other related sales projects. 

  • Manage and monitor the budget of assigned customer accounts. 

  • Manage contract validity and calculate sales revenue for rebate payments to customers as per contract terms. 

  • Reconcile sales data, payments, and outstanding debts with relevant departments. 

  • Update changes in products, policies, and procedures; closely coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance in executing sales operations in accordance with company regulations. 

2. Sales Interaction & Support 

  • Act as the key liaison between the Sales team and relevant departments (Sales Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, etc.) to handle requests arising during the sales process. 

  • Receive and respond to information from customers, Sales, and internal departments in a timely and accurate manner. 

  • Support and coordinate with Sales and relevant departments to resolve post-sales service issues that may arise during the delivery of products and services to customers. 

  • Proactively collaborate with relevant departments and the Sales team to drive order fulfillment during critical sales periods, ensuring business progress and effectiveness. 

3. Sales data & Reporting 

  • Prepare reports as requested by customers and the Sales team, including: SMS reminder reports, product usage rate reports, and purchase revenue by account. 

  • Consolidate and update periodic sales reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for the Sales team and management. 

  • Manage, monitor, and report on the status and sales performance of orders handled by the Sales team. 

 III. What you should have 

  • 05+ years of experience at relevant positions; Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales Operation. 

  • Certification in Business administration, Sales or relevant field is a plus.

  • Good command in English is a plus. 

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel in particular); Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software. 

  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with Contracts, familiarity with accounting procedures. 

  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping. 

  • Working knowledge of managing budgets and keeping track of orders. 

  • Familiarity with Sales reports and Sales Contracts/Agreements. 

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines. 

  • Good at problem solving skill, careful, meticulous and detail-oriented. 

  • Honest and trustworthy.
