Senior Product Owner

I. About the role

The Senior Project Owner is responsible for leading end-to-end execution of product initiatives from roadmap planning to implementation and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product projects are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and create measurable value for both customers and the organization. 

II. What you need to do

• Own the delivery of product initiatives from planning, execution, launch, to post-launch enhancement.
• Translate product roadmap into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Product Design, Operations, Business, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. 
• Drive project governance by monitoring progress, managing risks, resolving issues, and communicating project status. 
• Facilitate requirement clarification, prioritization, UAT, rollout, and change management activities. 
• Identify opportunities to improve product delivery processes and implementation efficiency. 
• Track project outcomes and ensure delivered solutions meet business goals and quality standards. 

III. What you should have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, or similar roles in a technology environment. 
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation. 
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. 
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.  
• Experience working with digital products or technology platforms. 
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
