Our B2B product suite — including the Campaign system, Scan It, and Reward Hub — helps businesses deliver meaningful, rewarding experiences through digital rewards, targeted campaigns, and engagement across multiple touchpoints. Continuously evolving to meet changing business needs and explore new opportunities, these solutions apply AI technologies to enhance data extraction, automate processes, and strengthen fraud detection. Together, they help brands elevate the rewarding journey, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable impact across industries. 

II. What you need to do

We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner to help drive the delivery of B2B software solutions that generate meaningful business outcomes. You will play a key part in aligning priorities, managing the product backlog by working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that every product release is executed smoothly and delivers measurable business impact. While some product areas incorporate AI technologies to enhance efficiency and value, the focus of this role is on delivering practical, effective solutions that address real-world challenges.  

  • Ensure that our B2B product roadmap is defined and managed in a way that aligns with client demands and company strategy. Own up to the business outcomes, rather than focusing on completing tasks or delivering features. 

  • Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized, clearly documented, and aligned with business goals.  

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to translate business and client requirements into actionable user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. 

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, keeping all relevant teams informed of progress, timelines, and trade-offs (between scope, speed, and quality). 

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation. 

  • Support and assist commercial teams by providing product insights, roadmaps, and feature updates that help drive client engagement and satisfaction. 

  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback post-release to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

III. What you should have

  • At least 2+ years of experience working in product-related roles, preferably within B2B software solutions. 

  • A strong product mindset — you prioritize solving the right problems, focus on achieving outcomes, and balance business goals with user needs rather than just delivering tickets. 

  • Ownership attitude — you take responsibility for results, follow through on commitments, and help push things forward when obstacles arise. 

  • Proven ability to break down complex business requirements into clear deliverables, manage the product backlog, set priorities, and balance trade-offs. 

  • Comfortable working directly with engineers, designers, commercial teams, and non-technical stakeholders — you know how to adjust your communication style to keep everyone aligned and informed. 

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust quickly to shifting priorities without losing focus on outcomes.
